SHERPA est un projet financé par l'UE qui développera et validera une série de technologies innovantes conçues pour remettre en état les centrales hydroélectriques existantes et améliorer leur efficacité et leur performance environnementale.
SHERPA est composé de 7 entités de 4 pays différents de l'UE (Espagne, Allemagne, Irlande et Belgique) : Iberdrola Generación S.A.
